I ordered 2t and received 18-24 months. It would be difficult for someone to put a baby's head in. His neck is too small. BUT upon closer inspection I was disappointed to find that the APPLIQUE (cut out butterflies attached to the dress) is only felt and not is made of fabric..How does it hold up to washing??I wonder if the felt material will hold up to 2-3 washes?If there is a positive result…
