The skirt is a little short, but it's a fun, playful skirt. I like that the lining under the tulle is pink (not white) so it doesn't stand out. The lining is shorter than the skirt so I let my daughter wear bike shorts underneath. After being thrown in the wash and hung out to dry, it held up pretty well.

Fits just right. It was very cute and flowy but my 2 year old daughter only wore it once for her birthday and it started falling apart at the party. Every time I looked at it, a new piece hung lower and lower. Of course there was a lot of jumping and crawling, but I feel like it had to hold up anyway.

The skirt is cute and costs $10. I don't think you should expect anything surprisingly well done. Tulle not panels. They are simply scalloped strips of tulle attached to elastic bands at one end. It's lined with a thin layer of cotton though, so unlike some of the other grommets sold at Revain, it actually works like a skirt. Overall I would recommend if you are not expecting too much and I would buy another skirt from this seller.
