Mattress Attachment by Dyson Review

With this mattress nozzle, which is wider than the small upholstery nozzle, you can clean sofas and even the floor much faster. More importantly than me, my wife loves it and I've earned points for buying it for her.

This attachment is great for vacuuming tight and fastened fabrics. However, if the fabric is very loose, it will pull into this nozzle like most other nozzles. So forget to clean your mattress topper after cleaning your mattress. One or two bars can be used to prevent materials from being sucked into the tool and blocking the side slots. It serves its purpose, but nothing more. I think my tech expectations were raised by Dyson's marketing campaign.

After I received it I tested it and found it didn't work and soon repackaged it and sent it back. Dyson shows two different photos, one has slits on the left and right only and the other has slits on the front. Mine only has slits on the sides, which is different than what I expected. From the photos of the one that only has slits on the sides, I could imagine the mattress topper soaking up and plugging such a small slit on the sides.
