🧹 Powerful Cleaning with Dyson Soft Roller Cleaner Head V10 - OEM # 966489-12 Review

It sucks dirt easily between the planks of our old floor, but it's just too narrow to use the Dyson floor cleaner effectively. I was hoping this would do the job better than sweeping with about the same amount of effort. A soft roller head requires MUCH more effort for a minor improvement. If it was much wider, 2-3 times wider I would give it a 5 star rating.

I have had this vacuum nozzle for 9 months now. I used it almost every day to vacuum the hardwood floors downstairs. Recently I stopped vacuuming because it was a little different and I looked and it scratched my floors! Looking at the soft roller head, one of the soft pads covering the plastic wore out and scratched my floors. This is an expensive product that only lasts 9 months!

This product is exactly the same but it is an improved version than the one that came with my V10. Replacing the head is much easier than trying to swap out the roller. Very good condition. Fits perfectly and works great. Despite the price (it's Dyson) I'm very happy with this OEM Roller Head. Love the updated version that should come with current V10 vacuums. Sooooooooooooooo much better than the regular nozzle that comes with Dyson if you buy it when it comes to non-carpet floors. He records everything without spitting at me! Not the best of sweeping backwards but absolutely AMAZING at sweeping forward because yes that's how sweeping should be but I like going forward in one line and coming back in another line to cover more ground in a short amount of time. Time so I just have to go through a few places in the future but I still love this thing…

My house has vinyl laminate floors throughout, not an inch of carpet. I have four dogs and where I live the yard is not mud but sand. Small grains stick to my dog's paws and then get into the house. This brush head cleans every layer. You can see the difference in the trap. I had two issues: the rear roller was fuzzy, and the two tiny wheels creaked as they rolled. A small drop of silicone grease helped. My other issue is that my cat loves crumpled paper and I haven't seen a piece on the floor…

This reel head appears to have been used with a crack and the red part of the slider button on the top is missing. vertex. It cannot be attached securely. I am very frustrated as I need this and now I have to return it and wait for a replacement. Apparently there is no quality control. I bought this to install wooden floors in our house. I bought it before I really needed it. I had my new Dyson, then found it and bought it to keep with me. Well the floor was a problem and everything had to be replaced. I never thought of sending my Dyson back or anything. So when the floor was finally done and life is a mess.
