I like that they are able to show you what is working, as well as where there could be room for improvement with regards of social media marketing efforts. They also have some really great tools available within their platform (i'm looking at you heat map!).
The only thing i dislike about them currently would probably best described by someone who has used this product before me - it's almost too easy! You can't go wrong here if all things align properly between both parties involved whenβ¦
