Right Angle Connectors

These flag connectors are great for working in tight spaces. There were three different sized cable lugs in this package. I only needed 2 yellow ones but it was a good choice at a good price. I'll have to see how well they stand up when the frost is over and I can go back to the garage where the supercharger motor is.

Pros
  • Great Product
Cons

The FLAG connector is different from the SPADE connector.

I unknowingly thought the flag connector was the 90° spade connector. In terms of functionality, yes, but a tab crimping machine is required for crimping. The insulated connector crimping tool crushes part of the flag connector. I only had to make 1 connection and it worked. If I use more flag terminals, I buy the right crimping tool.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Clarity

You need a good crimping tool!

According to one review, the red and blue have small or short crimp connections, making a secure and reliable connection questionable. Breaking through all my old tools, I found a crimping tool that works with terminals. Note that these are "pliers" and not pliers intended for old 3M terminals/components that I have worked with in the past. In addition, thanks to the short crimped cable lugs, the connection easily detaches from the red-blue insulators.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

It's hard to squeeze and get a good grip!

I tried to use them on an electronic burner control with spade terminals and the wires didn't hold up well. The plugs were loose and wobbly, and the cable came loose. I used my crimping tool and still couldn't make a secure connection that I was comfortable with. I ended up going the other way and using factor flag connectors that I attached to my wires. I can't give them a rave review because I've had trouble using them and attaching them securely to my wires.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Negative present

Insulation often breaks instead of snapping

Perhaps due to my relative inexperience with this type of connector, I've found that when I try to crimp the connector and snap the insulation in place, I've found that the insulation often breaks. It's like the insulation is too tight. I haven't tried other brands, so I can't assume if this issue is related to the brand, a lack of overall design, or my lack of technique. I have a failure rate of about 50%, but even at that level, this little package will last a long time. If I could go back in

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Some minor issues

DO NOT BUY. - terrible - don't crimp, bad quality

Don't waste your time trying to figure out how they work the way you expect them to. Very disappointing, not worth the money, not even worth making them look so bad. The blue and red sizes do not have crimp barrels and crimping with standard crimping tools can cause the tab portion of the connector to bend. This makes it impossible to install the knife on the connector without its flat fixation. DO NOT BUY.

Pros
  • wiring and connector
Cons
  • ugly packaging

Suitable for very light connections

Uses this type of connector at work and at home. The metal on them where you crimp the wire is a lot thinner than most brands I use. So I'm not sure how long they will hold the crimping tension on the wire. I liked that the insulating cap on the yellow has a flap at the top that opens and allows you to slide the cap over the wire. The only thing is, if the insulation on the wire is thick, it won't let the cap slip over the wire. This is fine for light connections, but if you're pushing a lot of

RED AND BLUE NO CLUTTER

This product was a huge disappointment. I always test a product first before using it in an application and it has saved me time and money, just like in this situation. Examining the flags more closely, I noticed that there wasn't much conductive crimping material on the barrel portion of the flag, so I decided to take a closer look and cut several of each with the same result. After removing the nylon covering from some terminals, I found that the 18-22 AWG (red) and 14-16 AWG (blue) terminals
