I ordered two of these and the first one I installed fits perfectly but the second one hit the bollard because the cap was a bit smaller. Both pillars are the same size, so you know what? If both hats were the same size I would give 5 stars. Now I have to try to fish out another fish.

These end caps were used to protect the top of 6.5" wooden poles. However, one rack was nearly 7 inches tall and I carried it anyway. The cap began to diverge along the seam, I had to use silicone to ensure the integrity of the cap.
