If you have a toilet stop ring buy this

later Wow I love this product blown away. I usually keep my toilet clean and tidy, but somehow a thin ring started to form on the toilet over time. I've tried all sorts of things. White vinegar, bleach, and various cleaners to remove limescale and stains, including toilet rings. But nothing worked. I was just about to come to terms with the fact that there will always be a greyish toilet ring in the toilet. But then my friend (bless his soul) told me about the magic of bath stones. I was…

Pros
  • Ideal for removing rust stains, hard water stains, soap scum, mold and mildew stains on porcelain tubs, sinks, toilet bowls, ceramic tiles and grout
Cons
  • I will add

This article is amazing! we live in a 100 year old house.

This item is amazing! We live in a 100 year old house that has had very few updates over the years. Our tub/shower gets cleaned every week, but no matter what chemical or scrubber I could use, I could NEVER remove hard water stains from a ceramic tub. I bought one from Fred Meyer and it worked wonders, better than the Mr Clean Magic Erasers as it actually cleans and doesn't rub like a magic eraser. Our bathroom was bad so I needed a second BathStone and ordered from Revain for convenience…

Pros
  • Sponge top makes it easy to grip and use
Cons
  • Out of style

Saved me from toilet mess

Should I buy this stone? Yes. Here's the backstory to my husband and I's uniquely disgusting toilet. Our toilet was 'normal' for about a year - it had the typical dirt, but we cleaned it with disposable Clorox toilet heads and it looked brand new. Then a few months ago we went away for the weekend and returned to a totally gross closet. It had nice black streaks which you can see in the before photo. We tried our usual cleaning approach, but it really didn't make much of a difference. I thought

Pros
  • Doesn't pick up odor-causing bacteria
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged
