Should I buy this stone? Yes. Here's the backstory to my husband and I's uniquely disgusting toilet. Our toilet was 'normal' for about a year - it had the typical dirt, but we cleaned it with disposable Clorox toilet heads and it looked brand new. Then a few months ago we went away for the weekend and returned to a totally gross closet. It had nice black streaks which you can see in the before photo. We tried our usual cleaning approach, but it really didn't make much of a difference. I thought maybe this black substance was some kind of fungus because it was rough and bulging, not smooth like a patch. Anyway, after that I tried many different approaches - baking soda; bleaching; Vinegar; CLR, etc. Some of them moderately improved the appearance, but the black bars inevitably returned. Finally, as a last effort, I bought this stone. And let me tell you - THESE FUCKING FEATURES. I had to use the whole stone but with a little effort the whole fungus or whatever came loose. The rough feeling is completely gone and the toilet bowl is shiny and white again. It's been a few days now, but there's absolutely no sign that this strange thing was even here. In short, this rock is perfect for wiping away literally any mystery toilet litter and without it we'd be stuck with a gross toilet.
