It really works. It has very little odor but contains no fragrances or essential oils. Some citrus scent. This is the best working product I have ever tried.

For a natural product, well suited for removing mold and mold stains. The best natural product I've found that comes closest to a real substance is bleach.

Pros - Odorless, eco-friendly, works with minor surface mold on painted drywall with minimal cleaning. Cons - price, does not work on large areas of mold on drywall. Aggressive, large-scale mold should then be treated with Clorox spray.

One thing I hate more than mold is inhaling toxic bleach fumes. But this product is bleach and fragrance free. My shower stall was pretty bad so I needed a few uses and cleaning but it worked really well. I highly recommend it.

Removed the moldy feel and smell on the carpet which was unbeknownst to me due to excessive drawers my wife had left on the carpet in the closet. Sprayed twice, vacuumed and cleaned between washes. The final procedure was to run a carpet cleaner with vinegar as a final clean.

This product is excellent! I haven't cleaned my bathroom thoroughly for several years and while not all of the mold stains have gone, I was able to remove 90%! This is a white tiled shower. I am very happy. It took a little greasing of the elbow and clean it up. I can't believe how beautifully clean my tiles are now.

I love this stuff. I use it wherever moss, mold or mildew grows. On my patio (which is pale gray so you can really see any greenery) I sprayed vigorously once, waited about 30 minutes, sprayed again and by the next morning the green mold was gone.
