I usually have too many projects and my desk feels cluttered. When I hem everything, I usually forget or lose it. I've pinned it to the side of my desk where no one can see it, but I keep my open work very easy. I did it in the army and it was a great organizer. Now I check this every morning and pull the active files to completion and then log the completed work to my regular files. That's a great organizer!

Two screws and that's it. As described and fits exactly where I wanted. Please note that there is a small shelf at the bottom for small items if you need it. I'm wrong if I expect more, but I figured it would be easy to store multiple folders in one slot. I haven't gone back and bought more but note that the bottom of each slot has a sharp angle so only one binder fits snugly. Other folders may work, but not as well. Still fully usable and I love it.

You cannot screw the device into the wall and then hang the device with screws. I use these in my class where I have very little storage space. I keep folders and papers for each school day and it works fine. It's not deep enough to hold papers upright without a folder, but other than that it's fine for my purpose. The depth allows me to hang it on the wall just behind my desk under the window. These baddies fit 5 iPads or overpriced Galaxy or Dell tablets, I built a makeshift charging station. I used these grid wonders as storage for charging pads. it looks neat too, i find it quite quirky. We use the same model for storing files and folders. I suppose if you're looking for something that can save your folders this will work great. Oh that's a really good place to keep folders, there's a guy in the office that does that too.
