The track didn't extend far enough to fit a second screw so I removed the track, drilled holes in the main body and attached it directly to the cabinet door.

I love this shelf. Very difficult. Can be pulled out after installation, but comes with a wood screw and a shelf screw. If you're not mounting it on a pre-drilled shelf, you'll need a second screw.

I didn't know he came on the track but he works for what I wanted. I had to find my own screws to attach it because if you're mounting it on a wall the included screws are useless.
