Easy Crit is very user friendly, it's simple but not too basic for an entry-level tool like this one! EasyCrit is very helpful for all those who are involved in writing proposals, RFPs or other documents that require an approval process from customers/users (as opposed of internally). The interface could be improved but it's still simple enough so even novices can use this tool without problems!
