This HTV was perfect for a made to measure Halloween costume. Easy to apply with my little heat press. It shines bright!

Not 12x15. I had a picture that was 14.7 inches long and the vinyl wasn't even that long. Thanks for messing up my rush order! Very upset. It was NOT Siser.

my product was damaged, could not use most of the product, it is not even worth returning, he mainly used waste for one Project that sucked but I had an assignment to complete is definitely not worth it!

arrived crumpled and could not be used. If it comes in tube form, there must be a tube inside to keep it from breaking. I'm sending it back as I can't use it. I'm not sure how vinyl works because I haven't been able to use it.

Glow-in-the-dark vinyl does not transfer from backing to shirts. Wouldn't come off at all. I filled out the instructions and tried 8 times to no avail. I didn't get my free squeegee either.
