It’s been almost exactly a month of using it once a day at bedtime and it’s definitely working. I have not missed one day so my advice it to stay consistent and patient. I will likely jump to twice a day starting tomorrow and order more. This is not an immediate or overnight change and I was a skeptic but right about 3.5 weeks I started to really notice.
