I love these things. Will last for many years with many hours of daily use. I prefer whiter highlights but my wife likes softer yellows like this one

These bulbs fit perfectly in my original vintage bathroom fixture. I have never seen a lightbulb like this and after the first purchase I was amazed at the price of these lightbulbs!

I tried all 5 bulbs that came with it. All emit a brightness of around 40 watts. The manufacturer advertises them as 150W, so they're basically useless for a floor lamp, which is the typical use for these halogen bulbs. Unfortunately, I exceeded the return window before ever having to use them. Do not buy these lamps.

Normally these bulbs work great but after opening the second box a year later when the first bulb burned out I found that used and burned out bulbs were being returned in the original packaging. Two of the original five bulbs were unusable! Either the 5-pack was returned by the customer and not re-inspected prior to sale, or the company knowingly knew the return was in error and re-sold it anyway. Either way, it's not a good look or result for us, the buyer.

I bought these to replace one of the three bulbs in a row of three kitchen lights. When I made the swap and turned on the light, this one was noticeably dimmer than the other two. I thought I bought the wrong power. Unfortunately they are the correct wattage of 150W but they are not as bright as the other two. I checked others and they are Philips brand 150W. Also, one of the five was broken. Considering the cost, it's not worth the hassle of sending it back. Attention, here you get less than…
