Broke after only 2 weeks. I put the head world on the table and the lower part of the dragon beard broke off. It's a ceramic holder so it can be super glued on but that's a bad sign after 2 weeks of use. Please note that the item has not been dropped or mishandled to cause such breakage. My other complaint is the design; The length of the holder is too short for the normal length of the incense stick. It's kind of funny and silly I think. I like it, but not as a burner. It's too short for regular sized incense sticks even if you break the stick completely. Not only that, but the way the hole is drilled allows the incense stick to touch the roof before it even closes. When I tried to close it, the incense stick I had broken the stick off of came out of my nose and landed on the outside of the burner. If not, turn it off. Without the head, the incense stick still hangs and does not catch the ash. So I can't use it unless I buy…

Oh my god this thing is so cool! I'm a flammable dragon's blood (appropriate, no?) scented cone, and it's so cool to see the smoke coming out of the eyeholes and out of the mouth. Now of course it doesn't come out of all the holes at once, it all depends on the air movement in your room and where you place the cone, but I use a small round metal cone holder and place it in the middle and from above the smoke comes in too different times in each hole and it suits me!
