These shoes are designed for everyday use - walking. They fit well and are comfortable. I've been buying Ecco shoes for 20 years. including dress shoes, sneakers and casual shoes. I always have a high quality finish and all my shoes are very durable. I expect them to be the same.

I have several pairs of Ecco shoes that I wear all the time, including Soft 7 and Soft 8. This One is very similar to the Soft 7 in shape and fit, although the style is a bit simpler, with no socks. The heel tab and sockliner are also slightly different, but these are all minor changes. I already have 3 pairs of ecco shoes and I really like them. I bought it to combine with black pants. My plan is ruined because it's not perfect for black pants. The color of the shoe strap is navy blue and worst of all the rings on the strap are too shiny silver. The sizing is the same as other ecco shoes, but the fit is different than other ecco shoes. There's mesh on the inside, but it feels a little lighter than the feeling of being wrapped around it.

Good leather, wide enough but it's a heavy shoe and I lack cushioning. Was looking for good walking shoes for a "holiday in Europe" and they are not comfortable enough for the amount of walking a person does in a day.
