Great shoe but a bit annoying

(Edited 11/21/21) I bought these shoes because I like the way they look. The combo multicolor/magnet looks so cool, goes great with jeans or shorts. The leather is high quality and soft around the foot. I think the width of these boots is just right. (In comparison, Astir lace-ups felt uncomfortably tight in the same size.) They're very comfortable underfoot. I have medium + arches and the support feels just right. After a while I feel like my feet just relax and take the shape of the insole…
