Good price! fits heater door handle

Purchased for our 2004 Honda Pilot to fix a broken faucet door actuator which was causing only hot air to come out of the front AC vents. Not the easiest part, but actual installation was easy after watching a few YouTube videos. This is the only aftermarket unit I could find online. An OEM part would cost more than five times as much!

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Fits Accord 2.4LX from 1998.

Yes I was wondering if it would fit my 1998 2.4 lux accord or not. I bought the original and this one to make sure they match and match. They both move the same way with the same thresholds and operations. The only difference is that the notch on the plastic triangle that goes into the air mix door assembly is metal on the original part but plastic on this one. No functional difference.

  • New

HVAC Quiet Again

Our 2006 pilot HVAC was making strange gurgling noises and was unable to maintain temperature. I thought it was low coolant or coolant. I googled the problem and figured out what it probably was. I stuck my head under the dashboard and listened, and sure enough, there was noise coming from there. It was pretty easy to replace, just a little inconvenient. Took me about 10 minutes and now the air conditioner works like new.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Doubtful

I recently bought a used 04 Pilot and the mixed door motor was making an odd grinding or gurgling noise. I took the original apart and tried cleaning it with some videos I found online, but it still acted weird after reassembling, and I broke the little white tab holding the plastic lever to the motor housing, so I ordered this. It looks and performs exactly like an OEM engine and is a fraction of the cost of a genuine Honda part. Has been working great for over a month now.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Some cons

High quality aftermarket blended door operator

I have a 2006 MDX and needed to replace the blended door operator. The mechanic I use is very honest and priced over $480 for an Acura part and said he would recommend looking for a replacement part instead. So I did and I found it! Arrived the next day, installed quickly (removed old one for 30 minutes, installed new one), and now I have heating AND air conditioning! from the passenger side. There are videos on YouTube where it is located and how to replace it. Super easy, great price, happy…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • small things

Fixed my HVAC on the cheap - 2005 Honda Pilot EX

My 2005 Honda Pilot EX had HVAC temperature issues. Sometimes it was hot and sometimes it was cold. The low price of this part made it easy for me to justify not using genuine Honda parts. Installation took about 30-45 minutes. I removed the kick panel, which you just had to pull hard on the panel. I have my phone's flashlight, a mirror, a small (7mm?) allen key on the spinner's handle (to remove and replace the screws holding the device in place - a Phillips screwdriver will work too, but not…
