Description of πŸ”Œ Echogear Black Cable Concealer: Wall Mounted TV Cord Management Kit - Hide Low Voltage Wires with Pass Through Grommets, Locking Brackets, and Hole Saw Drill Attachment

Hide your cables behind the wall with this DIY cable pass-through kit. Just add a drill and you've got everything you need for a quick 20-minute install. You'll only need to skip 1 episode of The Office. Perfect for hiding HDMI, Aux, and other low-voltage cables. Also works for in-wall rated power cables. Just make sure your dog hasn't been chewing on them first. Includes a drywall hole saw drill attachment for a perfect grommet fit. The grommets even lock onto the back of your drywall for a secure install. Saw attachment also useful in the event of a zombie apocalypse. Flexible pass through grommets can comfortably fit 4 large HDMI cables. There's plenty of room for even your thickest cords. Feeling artsy? These grommets are paintable for maximum concealment. Bob Ross would be proud.

Very important! - Accessories and Consumables

This kit was perfect for setting up my PC. It cleaned up the look so much and hid all my cables. I had to make a slight modification to fit them all, so I used a 1/8" drill bit to drill the holes at a 90 degree angle to the existing ones and a razor blade to make the slot perpendicular to the one to make existing. This added a plus and provided enough flexibility to run a large number of cables. I'm very comfortable and it was a very easy change, but some users may have problems. The included…

Pros
  • Flexible grommets allow for convenient accommodation of 4 large HDMI cables. There is enough space even for the thickest cords.
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Looks professional / super easy - recommended!

I've used other similar solutions to run cables through the wall and make the TV installation look professional (I'm just a home user so I'm new to this stuff). I went with this solution and am very impressed. Although I was a bit nervous about drilling fairly large holes in my wall, they made it easy enough as the kit also included the large round drill bit needed to get the perfect hole. It really took me about 10 minutes or less to figure out where to drill 2 holes. Once the holes were…

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • I'll write back later

Disgusting quality, bad design - a useless saw, I'm back.

I bought two of these cables to run network cables from the router room to another room. The supplied saw is of very poor quality. When I cut a hole on one side of the first wall, the saw teeth were completely worn out. I thought maybe it was defective so I opened up the second block and used this saw to finish the hole. When I cut the hole on the other side of the hole, the second saw had lost all its teeth as well. You can see what's left in the attached photos. Since I had already cut a damn

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Good results

It would be much smoother in normal configurations. The instructions were very easy and also quite funny. My home is a 120 year old farmhouse, so nothing goes according to plan. Something so small and uneventful even challenges you. I tried to drill a hole with a hole saw and hit the wood behind the drywall with the lathe. Didn't really expect a lathe. The hole saw wasn't deep enough or sharp enough to go all the way through. I ripped it through with a strength like a giant. As I turned to move

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
