I like how echogravity can handle our social media and email marketing. I also like how simple the software is to use. ECHO is easy to implement into our CRM system as well has reporting tools that allows us view data at any time of day or week it was collected! The customer service team can customize reports within minutes with no coding knowledge needed!! Easy access from anywhere I log-in via my computer browser (no software installation required), mobile devices etc., which are all great features but not included by default like some products do i think?
