I am not satisfied with this product. The box was properly packed with no visible damage to the box. However, the cup lid was broken in place. I noticed this when I carefully took it out. I can only assume that the product was defective when it left the distribution center.

I like clear things. i love tumblr It's both, which is why I bought it. That trophy has been beaten and we are still going strong. I legally drop this dish off deck in an elephant ear bed and it still had 99% of my drink and no cracks. The top right lid hasn't moved yet. I was a Sookith, let me tell you.

I received my glass three days ago. The first time I used it it was great! Then the second time around, after I finished and poured out the rest of the ice, I noticed my iced coffee had seeped into the liner, so now there's only an inch of coffee in the liner and it's not leaking anymore. So frustrating!

Within a week mold formed between the outside and inside wall. Maybe it was just washing them too roughly, but my last mug lasted over 18 months. I've had this mug for 1 month now and at first I really liked it, it was great to put iced coffee in and drink on the go to work. After 1 month you can see that my iced coffee is stuck between two cups and I can't get it out, I washed the cup thoroughly but it was stuck to the inside walls. I bought this glass nine months ago and used it mainly for water at work. I recently used it for orange juice. As you can see in the attached photo of a washed and cleaned glass filled only with water, the inner wall is now pitted and stained from a single use of orange juice.
