Very happy with this filter system. I had to replace the faucet, but these canisters and their installation require very little maintenance. The system is good, the water is delicious.

Can't believe how much this works. I didn't think the taste and quality would improve so much. Thought I'd try this, I was planning on installing a more expensive system after trying this. I really got what I was looking for without spending a lot of money.

before ordering i asked the manufacturer if it would work with softened water, the answer was yes but mine doesn't work, the taste is salty and when i tried the ice cubes they are cloudy , so I can't use it for drinking water and my coffee pot was awful I couldn't drink it. So disappointed.

I bought these filters! Installed it a week ago. There is no water in the system. After checking everything. DecideUnit's solution was poor. Bought a new device, put filters on the new device. Same problem. No water. These filters are defective. I had to buy a new filter system to find out! expensive lesson. I think the least you can do is send me a set of new filters. Not a happy customer!

One star because no filters are available. Bought this system 18 months ago and am still very satisfied. So far the only downside has been the low water consumption (12 seconds to fill a coffee cup at 60psi). I can live with that, but there are no filters available right now. The light is on. It's been 7 months and I can't find the filters. Search now for a comparable replacement.

Very good water filter. The only problem I had was that when installing the plastic fitting between the supply line and the cold water connection, I ripped off the steps on the fitting. (This is easy to do if you're lying on your back in an uncomfortable position, and the fitting is pretty cheap.) This fitting is used to connect the filter inlet line to the water line. Easy to install and swap out cartridges. Not too expensive. However, there are no longer user manuals for these filters on the Ecopure website. Maybe they are outdated. Also, the case started leaking on the third replacement cycle and as far as I can see the leak can't be stopped as the plastic is simply worn out. This is clearly a rebranded Whirlpool WHED20 filter unit. I had to replace my 10 year old hot tub due to a filter bracket leak (obviously a common problem with these units) and this is a replica; even Whirlpool's existing mounting bolts will fit this unit. Although I didn't have to reinstall the whole system, the new replacement head is a perfect match in design to the previous model (bought 11 years ago!). The hoses came out and went back into the new head as intended. We have been satisfied with this dual system for many years. Relatively cheap but durable and effective under counter filter system.
