ECOTOUGE's Customer Service Is Terrible.

Recently, I had a bad encounter with ECOTOUGH. When I ordered outdoor furnishings online, I was sent the incorrect pieces. Every time I tried to get in touch with customer support, I got unhelpful and condescending answers. It took weeks, but we eventually got the right stuff—albeit broken. If you're searching for high-quality goods and dependable service, look elsewhere.
