Very good e-court management system

It's easy to set up alerts for new cases in your court. I like that the user interface is very intuitive once you have some experience with it. The customer service could be better at times. They are always trying to fix bugs, but they don't seem to get back to customers as soon as possible. We've been able to improve our response time by using this software. It's easy for lawyers to create alerts which can be shared with clients using an app like WhatsApp or Telegram. I have no complaints at…

Great tool and resource available: eCourtDate

I like that it provides an easy way for people who are unfamiliar with court procedures/laws to understand how they work. It helps them get through the process of getting to know what is going on in court without having to go into detail about every little thing. At times there can be some confusion as to whether you're supposed to say something or not during certain parts of the hearing. Sometimes we have questions but don't want to ask because we might come off rudely towards the judge. We…

Excellent Customer Service & Website

Everything about this service is great! It's so easy to setup, you don't have to worry if it will work or not because they always provide updates when problems arise with other websites and software that are used in the industry (ie: Google Analytics) which makes my life easier. I've never had any issues with them during my time using the website. The only downside is that sometimes some of our employees aren't familiar enough with computers/websites to effectively utilize all of the features…
