Probably the warmest and lightest coat I've ever had. First let me say that when it arrived in a relatively small and light box I didn't think it could carry a warm winter coat as I'm so used to my winter coats being quite heavy. Pros: 1) All pockets with zippers. 2) Hot. 3) Lightweight. Cons: 1) Few pockets: There are only three of them, two on the outside and one on the inside. 2) The color is much darker than the photo. 3) The laces are flimsy. 4) The central zipper is lame: it is difficult to close the jacket.

This is my first parka that I have bought. I live in New Hampshire and it gets cold here in the winter. It was 4 degrees this morning and this jacket will keep you warm! Next week it's -4am and I'm looking forward to testing it! The fur warms the face and the jacket fits very well, only a little tight in the shoulders. If you have broad shoulders you may need to size up for more flexibility. I'm 6ft and 235lbs, the oversized jacket fits perfectly.

This is a very pretty coat and well made. It's quite warm, that's what I was looking for. It replaced an old Nike down jacket that is at least 20 years old. The only thing I didn't like was the double zipper. They are quite difficult to line up to button a coat. Maybe we're doing something wrong, the rest of us have tried to deal with lightning as well, but so far they're a source of frustration!

I like the color that goes with the size, style and all but didn't like how light the coat is, which i was expecting to be so much heavier but at the same time it's good because it's light and strong for you to move around, great mobility. The hood fits perfectly, the fur feels very soft, like a chinchilla. My wife loves this coat on me

Eddie Bauer is famous for his high quality and warm parkas. This is no exception, love the insulated hood and down padding. I would rate this as a medium warm coat, fairly light weight and not very puffy. A major downside is the frustrating zipper, after I smeared it with silicone it took 10 minutes to get working. For a parka of such high quality this is absolutely disappointing. 5 stars for the jacket, 0 stars for the zipper.
