Fits orange shop boards

Works with iron as it should. Stay in place. Has enough glue to stick well and not peel off, not so much that it spills all over the place when ironing. The best part is that it matches the melanin from the orange store. I was worried it would be a bit yellowish in the picture but it's ok. Not sure what else to say, I'm using a 4x8 melamine board cut to make a craft table and attached shelves. Finish all edges with a 50 foot roller. I would buy it again, happy with it.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Melamine edging 13/16 inch

This edging was very easy to install. I unrolled enough to cover what I needed and cut it a few inches longer than my project. I just put a hot iron on it and moved it slowly to give the heat time to activate and attach to the board. I used a wallpaper seam roller to roll up the hem behind the iron to ensure it was fully bonded. The board I put this edge on was 3/4", so it was slightly larger which gave it some room to work with. The tool I bought to trim off the excess worked great and that…

Worked very well: Building materials

I'm a professional carpenter and ran about 200 feet of this set on a Euro crate. It worked very well. Passed easily at a lower temperature than recommended. I just use an old iron and my digital laser thermometer to set it to around 375 F. It only sticks out 3/4 of the melamine by less than 1mm on each side which actually makes it easier to cut. Be sure to sand the edges with sandpaper when you're done trimming with a razor blade so there's nothing to fix later. After trimming, bevel the edge…

  • Quality construction

Works great!: Building Materials

I used this to fix the protruding edges of some shelves I bought at the big department store (you know the places). The process of getting this on the shelves was extremely easy. I can't be happier with the results. And the edges match the color perfectly. Here are some tips for the skeptics! 1. Purchase the NEXT size to the shelf thickness you need (i.e. your shelf is 3/4" thick. You should BUY a 7/8" roll). You'll have to cut it with a utility knife and sand the edges, but you don't have to…

Excellent quality, plain edges * Instructions

I used this product to ensure a uniform finish for the vinyl on the countertop so it wouldn't show but made a big difference. Firstly, this product is very easy to use. Second, I've included a few instructions that I've compiled and adapted below. Third, it has strong adhesion and is not prone to discoloration during application. To save the DIYers some research I've compiled and added the process here: 1: Unwind and tape and position with some sort of masking tape, not plastic tape. 2: Snap at

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Almost never
