Works with iron as it should. Stay in place. Has enough glue to stick well and not peel off, not so much that it spills all over the place when ironing. This edging was very easy to install. I unrolled enough to cover what I needed and cut it a few inches longer than my project. I just put a hot iron on it and moved it slowly to give the heat time to activate and attach to the board. I'm a professional carpenter and ran about 200 feet of this set on a Euro crate. It worked very well. Passed easily at a lower temperature than recommended. I just use an old iron and my digital laser thermometer to set it to around 375 F. It only sticks out 3/4 of the melamine by less than 1mm on each side which actually makes it easier to cut.
