Updated: Today 9/19/21 the igniter failed. Do not replace with Revain anywhere under warranty. Needed ASAP so I've reordered from another seller on Revain. I hope this one is better and lasts longer. I couldn't wait to contact the original seller through their website and then wait a week for a replacement.

I was disappointed when I opened the box and found the igniter wiring was the wrong connector, there were no instructions in the box to indicate if you could or didn't have to cut the wires and splice them into the old connector and there were no nuts for the wires in the kit. I had everything I needed to get it working, but be aware you may need additional parts when ordering.

At first I looked for a Samsung branded igniter, but the $80 price point made me decide it would be better to replace a cheaper igniter every few years than spend three times on one device , that can serve for a long time. somewhere between 2-5yrs. From the reviews posted for people with problems, it seemed that either the shipping screwed up, or the buyer didn't check the product's compatibility. This igniter installed easily on my Samsung model.
