I like that it allows me as an author/publisher, who has no website or social media accounts of my own (yet), to be able to create one simple page with all my information in order for others to purchase from without having to spend time researching other sites. It also helps keep track of sales stats so we can see how many books are being sold per month etc., which gives us more financial insight into our business model. Their customer support was amazing, very helpful in every step of our project! They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers; they were always available when we had questions or needed assistance with something specific on our end that wasn't covered by their services (like customizing cover images). It would have been nice if you could set up your own price points at some point down the road but it didn’t seem like there was an option out-of-the box for this so I don’t think that
