I like how easy it was to set up my account with edumanage! The customer service has been great as well!! They have helped me get everything setup correctly for our business needs (and they are always willing/able)to make any changes we need them too so things don't look off or out of place once all done setting up your profile etc.. The ability to create individualized lesson plans for each student that can be easily shared with parents. The interface is not very intuitive so I had to spend quite some time figuring out how to use it. It took me a while to figure out how to upload pictures of students in my class. The system has all of our schools information stored in one place so it's very easy to find what I am looking for! There isn't anything that we don't like about this program. It takes some getting used too but once you have found your way around things are easier than they were before using the software.
