My experience using Insightful Insurance Management was positive and effective

I love how easy it is for me as an owner/manager (and parent) in this business world! The app makes everything so much easier than walking around with paperwork or paper books filled out each week!! This has helped us keep track more efficiently while also giving our clients peace-of mind knowing there are no loose ends hanging over their heads when they book one month ahead at least 4 months before open enrollment starts again next year. Nothing yet. !! We have had some issues getting past…

Easy way t keep organized: HoppingIn

The program is easy to use for any childcare provider who is familiar with accounting software. I love how it can easily create reports. It's also nice that you can add in other programs from different software companies into your account such as Care.com. It makes it so much easier! There isn't anything I dislike about the product except the fact that there are certain functions within their program which may not be available yet depending on whether or not they have upgraded their software…

Easy to use and gives a great look at demand of spaces at your center

The best part about Hoping In is it shows how busy an area (or not) your childcare center actually has! I can see exactly which spaces are being filled each week as well have my calendar updated immediately showing me when those openings will expire or close again in 2 weeks time.. That's great information for scheduling more openings if needed!! We use this system solely because we don't want our clients/parents paying full price only then find out their child needs another care setting due…

This app has saved us a lot of money.

Our childcare center has a strict attendance policy and I knew I was going to run into problems with my employees if I didn't find a way to cut down on the number of "unused" slots. This app lets you log in when you get home from work, check how many spots are left, and it will automatically adjust the hours and days you want to fill them. It's very simple to use, and my staff loves it! The app does have a few bugs (like losing spots once I close my computer), but overall it's been great! We're
