I love how easy it is for me as an owner/manager (and parent) in this business world! The app makes everything so much easier than walking around with paperwork or paper books filled out each week!! This has helped us keep track more efficiently while also giving our clients peace-of mind knowing there are no loose ends hanging over their heads when they book one month ahead at least 4 months before open enrollment starts again next year. Nothing yet. !! We have had some issues getting past certain features but once we figured them all out we were able to make use of those capabilities like never other. !
