Great build quality and looks

When I first started using this shaver I was disappointed. Despite trying, I didn't give up and now I shave perfectly. Here are my tips for those who get razor burn: 1. Wash your face with hot, soapy water.2. Rub some oil into your stubble before you shave. I really like Pacific Shaving Oil, but there are many options. I bet you could use coconut oil if you're on a tight budget. Really absorb the oil and massage it into your skin! 3. Apply shaving cream/gel/soap. Rub it into your stubble like…

Excellent Item: Men's

Bought after my last one broke. Works great just don't drop it too often and expect it to last a long time eventually it will break the threaded nozzle in the middle.

Simply a must!

Simply the smoothest shave I've ever had! I was intimidated at first, but Edwin Jagger is a balanced and close shave! This is highly recommended for beginners.

Well made, durable and great design for a great shave.

I've been thinking about switching to a traditional razor for a long time and a friend of mine showed me his Edwin Jagger razor and explained how it works. As a girl there are some differences but I can honestly say I will never go back to those expensive ingrown hair producing multiblades. I can get cuts but my sensitive skin is much happier. The service was quick and the product is exceptional.

I have found the perfect razor.

I've never understood why men are convinced that a cheap five-blade razor somehow works better than a high-quality classic safety razor. I can say that this is the perfect razor for me. It's heavy and balanced. Very good quality and blade guard is just the right size. I have literally never had a better shave or a smoother face. BUY IT!

This is probably my best razor, shaves really well

This is probably my best razor, shaves really well, doesn't sting. The only thing I didn't like was the handle. It's really nice, well made, but I had to replace it. Some soap got on my fingers and I had a hard time holding them. Replaced the handle with a Maggard. Still recommendable, still given 5 stars, very good shave.

  • Great for me

Beautiful workmanship and

A newcomer to the world of safety razors; Bought spontaneously in the supermarket because razor cartridges have become too expensive for me. I was starting to wonder if I could get through this without a few cuts and a not-so-close shave. I read about safety razors and bought this and another. Beautiful craftsmanship and, more importantly to me, a much less aggressive razor. Now I can improve my technique with much more confidence and comfort.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • The list will be long.
