I love the simplicity of having all my data organized so easily, no matter how many different platforms I have used on other projects. It's also nice that you can pick different email lists to send to depending on which product you are testing. The best thing about this software to me personally as well my team was that it helped us organize our tasks, projects etc more effectively so there were less of them which saved time! It also had all sorts like timelines in terms of where we should be at specific points within phases or campaigns e-g planning/research vs execution /data analysis (etc).
