Very disappointed: Shirts

The fabric is thicker than my Wooly/Smartwool/Apex. I can live with it. These patches are easy. maybe forever. I can even live with that. The t-shirts were delivered on June 13th. The fabric had small creases after the third wash. On July 8, the "wrinkled spots" began to turn into holes. It's garbage. Cold, delicate, dry flat. Washed 5 or 6 times.

Cons

I buy merino wool as a material for summer underwear.

I ordered XXL and it was more of a size L to XL. For me it wasn't a big problem since I use it as a tank top. I couldn't be happier with the performance and comfort. Here in South Florida, summer, hot and muggy, isn't even a description of the conditions. It wicks away moisture and creates a feeling of coolness. He also breathes very well. I've been wearing cotton t-shirts for 25 years and am quickly switching to merino wool. I highly recommend washing your shirt before you wear it as it smells

Good price $40.

I don't wear anything, I buy Merino underwear and it's a great price at $40. Most are $50-60, so I ordered them knowing I could return these 2Ts if they weren't comparable in quality to others I have. They're a bit looser than the 33Below, Icebreaker or the wool I have, but they're very comfortable. I was looking for a lighter color to wear under white shirts and while not crisp white they are perfect for my needs.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Damaged

true white; fits like an average

i really like the shirt. I wear it like a tank top every (yes, every) day. It doesn't smell bad. I really wish it was small because the media is the real American media. It's a nice bright white (compared to any other Merino wool).

Pros
  • great price
Cons
  • hard to remember but it was

good quality for the price

I have Woolly, WoolX, Icebreaker and Apex wool t-shirts. Pretty sure everything is made in China, everything is in the 190 GSM band. EGI claims made in Italy. EGI was the cheapest of them all. At the same time, the fabric isn't as sophisticated as the rest; it's also not the softest (wool and icebreaker are the softest). The white color is thin enough to be seen from behind (chest hair), so don't choose white unless you're comfortable with it. If price is critical, choose EGI.

  • fingers crossed

Good quality merino shirt with a few imperfections

So I have an embarrassing number of merino undershirts. I live in a place where summer temperatures top 100 degrees Fahrenheit (37 to 38 degrees Celsius) for ten to fifty days every summer, and cotton just can't handle it. I have Icebreaker Merino, Smartwool, even the old Redram still hanging in my closet. Short and long sleeve. And I wear them every day. I was a little put off by the low regular price for a shirt I hadn't seen before. Very few reviews. And most merino wool shirts aren't that…

  • good item

Not expensive, not cheap at all. An absolutely luxurious basic model.

I love merino base layers in general because they are extremely comfortable in all temperatures. They manage to feel cozy and refreshing at the same time, whether it's hot or cold. The EGi is one of the best price points I've seen and is perfect to start with. The white is a bit see-through if you're hairy (not because it's thin - it's actually pretty bold). I would use it as a tank top rather than a t-shirt. But wow, would that be the perfect luxury for the gym? Increase the size if you want…
