Saved the cable on my review.

I use a RG-174 feed line with my UHF/VHF HT HAM radio to the mag mount roof antenna on my car. These cables are not designed to handle the rigors of constant flexing and strain inevitable with this use. Hence the original cable pulled out of the connector after a few months. What do I do? Cheaper to buy a new cable. More fun to fix the broken. After screwing one up in the learning curve I got the 2nd on correctly and it has been working perfectly. Now I have enough connectors for 8 more…

Pros
  • came in handy to have
Cons
  • Poor quality. All did not work.

Great Connectors good for me

These connectors are well made and worked perfectly for my RF application. I highly recommend this product. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • works well
Cons
  • The crimping process requires a specialized tool that may be an additional expense for those who do not already own one

Good connectors. Works easily with RG316 coax.

Good connectors. I have not tested the frequency performance with a VNA, but the assembly was very smooth when connecting to the Eightwood RG316 coax.

Pros
  • muy bien todo, rapido tal como se exibia en la pagina
Cons
  • It may not be compatible with older or outdated equipment and technology

Good Connectors on my review.

Good SMA connectors for smaller coax. All small connectors are somewhat tedious when terminating a coax, but there work well.

Pros
  • They are "Crimp" but I solder too.I'm a new HAM and Revain is a good source.
Cons
  • It may not be widely available in certain regions, limiting access for those who live in remote or underserved areas

They work well: my feedback

I bought these to build out 2m/70cm QRP antennas and found that when paired with the Eightwood RG-316 coax, you can solder the center sleeve to roughly 3-4mm of the center conductor and the conductor and insulator will slide into the inner collar of the shield crimp sleeve giving a nice safety keeping the shield from touching the center conductor. Assembly is as easy or easier than a PL-259. I've used these with Baofeng, Retevis, and Yaesu radios with no thread or pin fitment issues.

Pros
  • As described
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for high-frequency applications and could result in poor signal quality

Great Quality on my review.

These connectors are well made.and worked perfectly for my RF application. I highly recommend this product. The price point is higher than some competitors, making it a less attractive option for budget-conscious consumers!

Pros
  • The connectors were much higher quality than I expected for the cost,. highly recommended
Cons
  • The price point is higher than some competitors, making it a less attractive option for budget-conscious consumers

Good Quality, Perfect Fit

Feels like good construction, fit my antenna perfectly and connected the radio without a short. Can’t ask for more than that.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • The connectors may not be durable enough to withstand prolonged exposure to environmental factors such as sun, wind, and rain

Who in the hell needs a female with a male crimp pin?

ALL BUYERS READ THIS! Okay, I'm pretty good at improvising. That being said, I have NEVER seen or heard about an SMA male adapter in a female fitting. Evidently, they do exist. I now own some. It was my fault. I use the female fittings all the time making antennas. I do not use any reverse polarity, and less than 1% of applications call for them. BUT, they do exist. I was in luck to have some 1/16" brass tube stock, and made production in time. Be sure your gender is what you want. Maybe the…

Pros
  • I use with RG316 to solder on and works good.
Cons
  • The connectors may not be as easy to install or work with as other options on the market, particularly for those who are not experienced with this type of equipment

If you have males you will eventually need a female

These smaller connectors are required for today's technology if you are one of those folks that still wants to build their own cables. Good Quality and work perfectly if installed correctly.

Pros
  • Worked and nice made for the price.
Cons
  • The connectors may not be suitable for use in harsh or extreme environments, such as industrial settings or military operations

This style is nice since you can reuse or inspect it

these are the style with the screw off cap. Anything cheaper comes with a press on cap that wont come off again. This style is nice since you can reuse or inspect it.

Pros
  • I have purchased many items from these folks. I have never had a problem with anything I purchased.
Cons
  • Great except it took two weeks to ship and they didn’t include the screw back and plastic insert.

Worked for my purpose.

Used these connectors to connect a gps antenna coax to my car nav system unit. Worked great. I only needed one, but it is nice to have extras.

Pros
  • Will buy again! Fast shipping and good price.
Cons
  • They are difficult to install.

Good value for my opinion

Worked ok. Had to use a small drill bit by hand to slightly enlarge a few of the dielectric conductor pin holes. That's my review.

Pros
  • Worked great
Cons
  • The connectors may not be compatible with certain types of antennas, cables, or other accessories, limiting their usefulness
