I use a RG-174 feed line with my UHF/VHF HT HAM radio to the mag mount roof antenna on my car. These cables are not designed to handle the rigors of constant flexing and strain inevitable with this use. Hence the original cable pulled out of the connector after a few months. What do I do? Cheaper to buy a new cable. More fun to fix the broken. After screwing one up in the learning curve I got the 2nd on correctly and it has been working perfectly. Now I have enough connectors for 8 more breaks.I hope not.
