Asking for a rating of "transparency" and "thickness", possibly because the product description contains the word "feminine". Since this is an amateur radio cable, these terms are irrelevant.

Good design, works fine. Good for situations where a fixed adapter is not flexible or too long. For example, in a portable or portable device, fixed adapters may only stress the built-in connector due to the weight and torque they create.
