It should match the original steering wheel perfectly, but it doesn't.

I ordered E92 M3 for my steering wheel. Unfortunately, this product is too small, it must cover the existing steering wheel exactly in those places where the old skin was connected, and in other places the new parts of the cover were sewn. It doesn't work for me. In addition, the thickness of the new product is not correct. This is too little. Conclusion: I do not recommend it.

My friend loves it

So I bought this for my friend for Christmas and he FINALLY sewed it onto his steering wheel. It took a while and he can't sew very well, but it turned out great. It looks very nice and fits well. There's a part it doesn't cover unless you fix it up a bit, but it still looks good. If you don't like sewing then this is not for you. It took him 4.5 months! But he is very satisfied with the result.

Pretty nice, but be prepared to put in a few hours of work

Phew. Just finished installing it. I've been doing one segment at a time for the past few days and it's been taking a long time. The end result is pretty good as you can see in my before and after photos. I would like the thumb rest to be a bit wider as it leaves a small gap. I also removed the central part of the skin that was peeling off, sanded it and filled it with plasticine. This too was of great importance. Much luck!

I ordered this product for my 2011 BMW 335i which has bulges at the 10 and 2 o'clock as per the description. It looked great in the photos but they must have been a different item than what I received. Highlights: 1) too small for sport bikes m 2) extremely difficult and VERY time consuming if you try 3) leather looks like cheap synthetic and doesn't last long 4) install before the return period ends 5) when i tried take it off, it's sticky, the tape ruined my real wheel. wheel that began to…
