For reference, I'm 5'2, weight fluctuates between 175-180, I got a size large. Almost ALL of my fluffiness is in my stomach. Most body shapers don't flatten the fluff, it only smooths the fluff. I didn't give this 5 stars just because the open crotch design is located a bit far back for optimal usage. It is still usable, but would just need to be pulled forward when needed. Otherwise, the material is really nice and feels durable. I wore it under clothes and you cannot see/notice any lines and would be comfortable enough to wear to sleep. I am using this as a compression garment for recovery and see it being quite useful.
