I’m 5’9 188lbs, i order a Medium, fits perfect. i bought this to wear under clothing after my csection. Everything fits, but to me the vagina opening is uncomfortable. Not as bad if you wear underwear underneath it but that defeats the whole purpose of the opening lol.The most annoying thing to me is that you can see the ridges under the zipper from the snaps. Which also defeats the purpose (for me personally) because i wear tinker dresses and blouses but you can see these stupid ridges.Would suggest getting the closed vagina opening & maybe look into the slip up ones so you don’t see ridges.
