I got this waist cincher to wear under a dress and continue to come back to it whenever I want a sleeker look under a shirt or dress. I find the cincher to be breathable and comfortable enough to where even when I am moving around. I also find that the structure of the waist cincher is comfortable for sitting for longer periods of time, which is awesome compared to some other waist trainers I've tried.

I got a medium in beige, size estimated from other reviews, but I was way off. I would probably have gotten a large, but since others were saying it runs big, I got a medium. Purchased a size small. In the begining it fit pretty snug as it was supposed to. It didnt feel uncomfortable and I was still able to move about in it I also wore it under my work clothes for an 8 hour work shift in corporate. What I dislike is that it seems to bulge and is quite noticeable under your clothes and after a while it felt very loose.

This was a good waist trainer, sturdy, lasts a long time. as comfy as you can get with a waist trainer! I personally got a size smaller than myself which is what worked out for ME, but everyone is different. The effects of wearing them are NOT permanent, and do not last long but overall it is a good product.

Really like the feel of the material. Tried it on and sadly it was too big. Was too comfortable to feel the compression. I went by the size guide so I thought it would be correct. Will have to return the item but I will be losing the lightning discount.

Original review 12/17. It was a little tight at first. Fits perfectly now as I am ordering another one. I was looking for something with compression post surgery and it does the job perfectly. Added benefit is it supports my back and helps my posture. This looks good, is made well and helps my pain. Worth every penny.
