This was a good waist trainer, sturdy, lasts a long time. as comfy as you can get with a waist trainer! I personally got a size smaller than myself which is what worked out for ME, but everyone is different. The effects of wearing them are NOT permanent, and do not last long but overall it is a good product.

- Chart size is correct! But need to order 1 size less if not on 2 week be need to order again new size
- Need to be adjusted frequently as it may lose its fit over time
