I got it to relieve my shoulder, now that I work 8 hours a day on the computer and then at home for fun (games). The wearing comfort is amazing, as if it were actually made for human hands. Looks weird but is perfect for my small hand. Her thumb naturally leans on the left click, the middle finger on the right click, and the ring and pinky fingers are perfect for her. I used them and bought a new one every 12-18 months because they didn't seem to last much longer, but it was the only trackball on the market that even remotely matched what I needed.
