I received it but I also used it but it is very fragile. Get one with a case if you don't have it sealed in one place. I asked if they sell it with a case and they didn't. I also tried exchanging it for another one, nothing. Just don't give them your business.

I use this as a mini display in my computer and I really like it. I can only recommend it, the display looks great. That's my feedback.

Too small for anything other than six monitors. Touch control schemes, overflows, etc. did not allow switching touch from the main monitor to this one.

The screen doesn't turn off on the PC like the 5" version I have, so it has to be turned off manually every time you put the computer to sleep, very annoying once you get used to that it turns itself off. also difficult to install on a PC case where you need access to turn it off

By default, my display's HDMI audio was not working. Elecrow walked me through the 4 steps to solve the problem. Step 1: Suggest the most common solution (dtoverlay). Step 2. Suggest the second most common solution (HDMI drive). Step 3 Check the entire config.txt file. Step 4. Ask me to check the hardware volume control. I ordered this screen to create a compact Raspberry PI setup. It does just that. The RaspPI attaches directly to the back of the screen and interacts very compactly with the included adapter. I wanted to be able to use either PI 3 or 4. The device comes with adapters to connect directly to 4, but you can request adapters for PI 3 for free. I did and they were delivered in no time. . All communication with them was answered very quickly and courteously. I recommend this device.
