Too sensitive for inpatients

The user must be careful when leveling the base with salt or pepper, the fixing section is fragile, my wife broke it after using it three times.

Cheap Caddy Scratched Table

I returned the first set which was DOA. The second set works well, but the cart has cheap welds and a sharp cut sticking out of the bottom that scratched my desk.

Arrived broken, generally poor quality

Bought as a Father's Day gift. Pick a set that had good reviews and seemed legit... I was wrong. I took the first one out of the felt and it looked cheap but I was optimistic...then I took out the second one and it was already broken and completely useless. Even if they didn't, I wouldn't be particularly keen on them. Disappointing.

It won't last long

This is the second electric salt and pepper shaker set I've bought. I like them so much I'm willing to buy them again. I just threw away the first batch, but in hindsight I should have kept a working batch so I could combine it with the second. How one of the salt shakers stopped working. This is a warning to those looking to purchase this. They work great for a few months, then obviously they stop working when it's outside the return window.

Excellent customer service

I bought this set in February and in June the salt shaker literally fell apart. I emailed the company and they immediately sent me a whole new set! I really like this set. This is the second set I've bought and won't hesitate to buy another one. I think one of them was defective by a happy coincidence. I was so pleased with their excellent customer service. I have had other sets from different companies and they are by far the easiest to use and the most stylish looking. They are easy to charge
