The heater works great but the flame effect stopped working after a few weeks. I tried changing the lightbulb but there was a crackling noise when unscrewing it. The tip of the lamp base broke off and remained in the cartridge. It's practically non-existent, so there's nothing left but to live with the flame effect.

Heater works well, heats up quickly, looks good! I only use it to heat my small office (10x10). With that said. it's very "plasticky" for want of a better word! The heat comes from below, and only here does it get hot! Otherwise, it feels absolutely cool! It looks very nice. I think everything is plastic anymore! Good for the price!

This electric fireplace is about the size of an average bedside table. It's cute with a "real" flame vibe and works pretty well. To test this, we turned off the central heating and turned the electric fireplace on full blast. While the outside temperature dropped, the temperature inside the house rose by 3 degrees per hour! I look forward to using it all winter. I also like that it can be used without the heating function if I just need a fire atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

For a small flame heater this little guy does a great job. The flame looks realistic and the heat output is much better than expected. It's also relatively quiet. It heats our living space, no matter how small, quite well on low heat. The only assembly is to install the legs that slide into the bottom corners, three screws each, a #2 Phillips screwdriver is all you need. They hold the plastic legs perfectly, just don't over-tighten them so as not to break the plastic. No, I didn't do it myself,

This little electric wood stove is very cute, perfect size and I love faux flames and logs BUT THE SWITCHES DON'T WORK! Only flame light and low setting work; Nothing happens on the high temperature setting. It doesn't heat my room efficiently because only the low fan is working so I'm very disappointed in the quality and money spent on this item.
