Nice design, cools down the room quickly, great service.

Nice design, small size but effective air cooling. The first block I got wasn't as quiet as the ad said it was. Even in the lower position, the sound is strong. I wrote to the manufacturer and they have great service, they responded to my email immediately and sent me a new unit as a replacement. The new device is better. I wanted him to have an even lower position. I gave them 5 stars because they cool very well and for their great customer service.

Very happy with this fan. Good value for money.

Received this to replace another small fan I kept next to the vent in my upstairs master bedroom. I liked the idea of the rotating base and the fact that it was advertised as silent. The remote control was a good idea too. It was everything they said. Much more air movement than my old fan of the same size and well known brand. I would say it's good value for money. As for durability, time will tell. My intuition says it will take longer than the 2 years I got from my other fan.

Lowest speed not working

My husband ordered this fan for me due to night floods. We set it up and played around with the remote control. We immediately noticed that the fan does not work at minimum speed. Nothing has happened. It's like you turned it off. I'm very disappointed that the company sent a $50 fan that didn't work properly. The rest of the speeds (medium and high) are very powerful. I'm trying to decide whether to keep it or send it back so I've been using it for the past few nights. I like the remote…

Cools the room - Failed after a couple of weeks - Control knobs are not accurate

Firstly this fan seems to cool my little kid's room but I haven't tried other desk fans either to make sure they are as well Work. I gave this fan 2 stars because I had to return the original fan I bought just a few weeks after the power button stopped working. I would plug it in and turn it on and it wouldn't turn off. It also gives off a strong plastic smell after encountering a problem with the power button. I decided to swap out the fan for another one as it seemed to work and was cooling…
