Love this kettle and use it at work. Seamless stainless steel interior. Feel cool on the outside. Boils water perfectly, turns off when done. The lower wattage makes it safer for office use so I don't overload the breakers. That's a great thing! I've been using it about 3-4 times a day every weekday for the past few months. It still works great.

I panicked when my 90 year old mother reached over the flame of a gas stove to boil water in the microwave (she's old fashioned - she MUST make her tea). This kettle is the perfect solution. She can just press the button and stay there until she boils. I feel a lot more comfortable knowing the lid is secure and will shut off once it boils.

Don't get me wrong. It cooks very quickly, it seems to be of good quality and has excellent insulation. But. It's not portable at all, I bought it to travel with my "aeropress" and as you can see in the picture this thing is huge, even bulky, like a desktop water heather. If you need a fast, reliable, low-power water heater, it's good for the price, but you can't carry it around. It is 1L larger than the recommended Revain water heater. I would return it but can't due to the closed borders…

1. I would like to make a complaint to Revain not to sell this product because it does not meet electrical safety requirements. I'm not sure if it's even legal to sell such products in the US.2. Made cheap. I took it out of the box, put it on and heated the water. The water level was well below the MAX mark. Boiled water and off automatically. I'll come back in 30 minutes and see the whole place is flooded with water. Immediately unplugged, cleaned and repackaged for return. Revain, plz, plz…

Glad I got this on Black Friday! It's the right size, it's all stainless steel, no plastic parts, and it's a great value! Soft white on the outside, probably some kind of hard plastic. It heats water in minutes and seems to stay warm longer after it's turned off! I was afraid it might be a bit smaller, but no! I can top it up for Max to get two cups of water which is perfect for our family as no one needs hot water at the same time and when we need it just top up and run again! It looks elegant
